In Baceno we will visit San Gaudenzio’s church, a national monument, widely considered one of the most beautiful churches of the Alps. From Baceno we’ll move to Croveo, to visit the caldaie del diavolo (Devil’s Furnaces), the ancient press machine and Croveo’s museum, famous for its witch traditions. In the afternoon we’ll make cheese together and we’ll walk back to Baceno.

Explore nature at its best with snowshoes. Our valleys offer plenty of opportunities for beginners as well as for expert sportsmen. Rifugio Monte Zeus has 25 pairs of snowshoes for rent. Our Mountain Guide Marco Tosi will be glad to choose the best ones with you.
Valdossola is a real mecca for climbers. Our mountain guide Marco Tosi can organize any climbing experience for beginners as well as for experts. We have crags (eg. Premia, Croveo, Esigo, Maglioggio, La Valletta), via ferrata and multipitch routes on the various walls in our valleys.
It is possible to organize with our mountain guide a via ferrata experience in the Lago Maggiore area (Monte Camoscio) or in Gabi (Simplon area, Switzerland).
Alpe Devero, Alta Val Formazza and Simplonpass are very popular areas for this sport. Our Mountain Guide Marco Tosi can rent you the gear and guide you in easy tours as well as in more challenging ones.
